Hello, and welcome to week 2.

Slightly disappointing news…no peas! The newsletter said ‘radishes or peas’ and I thought, “just wish for peas and they will be in there!”

No such luck. But, the radishes turned out to be amazing. I ate one raw last night as I was chopping and wow! Spicy!

Week #2:

1 bunch beets

1 bunch radishes

Green lettuce

Swiss Chard

Garlic Curls

2 summer squash

Today’s lunch will be a lettuce and basil salad with some radishes all cut up.
